ARK Invest adjusted its holdings for a second straight session, selling about $23.7 million of Robinhood shares and buying roughly $27.8 million of CoreWeave stock. The trades were made across Oct. 6 and Oct. 7, totaling 215,349 HOOD shares sold and 312,228 CRWV shares purchased. Robinhood recently disclosed it added about $25 million of Bitcoin to its corporate balance sheet.

eToro said it has agreed to acquire TradeZero for up to $231 million to add an active-trader brokerage business and broker-dealer infrastructure as it expands in the U.S. The consideration will include cash and up to 2.5 million newly issued eToro Class A common shares, subject to customary adjustments. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first half of 2027. TradeZero generated approximately $80 million in revenue in the twelve months ended June 30, with gross margins of 81%.
