Due to technical integration issues with SpaceCatch (CATCH), BingX was unable to list the scheduled World Debut project as planned on 2024-03-28 at 18:00 (UTC+8). Users who were unable to trade or withdraw due to the postponed listing will be compensated as follows:
 
Scope of Compensation: Users who deposited CATCH before 2024-03-28 at 19:30 (UTC+8).
Compensation Plan: BingX will issue a compensation of 10% of the total CATCH deposited by users before the specified time.
 
Example 1:
A user who deposited 2,000 CATCH on 2024-03-28 at 18:00 (UTC+8) will be compensated with 200 CATCH by BingX.
 
Example 2:
A user who deposited 5,000 CATCH on 2024-03-27 at 21:00 (UTC+8), and then deposited another 1,000 CATCH on 2024-03-28 at 19:40 (UTC+8), will be compensated with 500 CATCH by BingX.
